Dear members,
The payment of membership fees for 2025 is not entirely clear to some members. Previously we would collect the fees in January. This year we have started collecting the fees in December. We will do this annually in December from now on.
The reason is we can communicate the number of KWBN-memberships to the KWBN (the Dutch Walking Association) in January. The KWBN will then stop cancelled or non-payed memberships. This way, we ensure that members who don’t pay their membership fees, will remain KWBN-members for another year.
To clarify both membership fees, we will send you both invoices at the same time. We use two invoices, because our association has to pay VAT over the Gold Medallists’ membership. Our membership administration cannot produce one invoice containing both membership fees.
For 2025 the membership fee for the Gold Medallists is 12 euros; the second invoice will be for your KWBN-membership.
