We invite all our members to attend our general assembly on Monday 14 July 2025 at the Van der Valk hotel in Lent. The meeting will start at 2:00 PM and will last approximately one hour.

Explanation of the agenda:
Item 7: the concept articles of association will be published on the website well in advance of the members’ meeting, so that members can discuss any adjustments or comments with the board before the members’ meeting. We request all members to cooperate in this to ensure a smooth meeting.
Item 8: Secretary Coert Peeters has announced that he is resigning from his position as board member. The board is nominating Fred Kruijer as a new board member and is continuing to look for another candidate board member.
Item 9: If members have proposals or questions for the board, the board would like to hear from them prior to the meeting, so that we can perhaps respond to a proposal or question immediately. The board requests everyone to submit questions that reasonably require some research, if possible in writing and no later than one week before the meeting, to the secretariat.
The board aims to end the meeting around 3:00 PM.
